Please clarify what you mean. Language and grammar are definitely some of my weak points. Are you saying - Christ is risen = indirect statement, Christ has risen = direct statement ? If so, what is the significant difference?

What priests/recordings have you listened to? In all honesty, some priests do not know the hymn well and just 'wing it.' So it might sound somewhat different. But then again, I am no expert on hymns so this is just my opinion.

So what is the difference between bowing your head and a prostration? Also, like I have said before I have never seen it in any liturgy book instructing the people to prostrate. . .it is always written bow your head.

To my knowledge the deacons (in the sanctuary) never say any responses after the communion. And the congregation only prays Psalm 150 along with other communion melodies followed by the conclusion.

I am not sure that we say "bow your heads" after the communion (if you are referring to the deacons exchanging responses), that is before the communion. Even if it was after the communion, what is the difference between bowing and prostrating?
