It is not the duty of bishops to organize funerals. Deacons (proper deacons) carry out the bidding of the bishops. Bishops should not have to deal with all of these minute details.

Just to throw in a wrench into the works, there is a third person who uses the title of "Pope". The Byzantine Patriarch of Alexandria, also claims that title to shepherd the 1000 or so people under his jurisdiction in Egypt. BTW, he is not Coptic.

A "Coptic Community" is a grouping of people that are not fully set-up as a parish. In other words, gatherings that working towards the full establishment as a parish.

I think the point is that it is difficult to discern truth from lie, as they apertain to miracles, as they are posted on this site. Also there is no method of authentication, hence it is better to leave the relating to the Holy Spirit.
