Ok, I'm sorry I haven't been replying, I just didn't know what to say. It didn't occur to me that if they're older they might not want to listen to, so you'll want to take people that are older than you both, such as Abouna.

I say read the Bible or pray. When you're sad that's the best thing to do. Reading the Bible will settle you down, and praying will get your feelings out to God. After that you may want to go talk to a friend or parent, or maybe talk a walk alone.
