Need help translating Coptic Diptych

I hope that someone can translate the text on a holy diptych I bought from someone in Egypt.  I assume it is at least 100 years old, but appreciate any expert feedback as to its age and provenance.  It is very hard to read, but I will do my best with photos.  Please advise how I should post the photos (cannot do it in this editor) or where to email them.  Many thanks....
